NRHA’s Leadership Program Helps Teams Grow

Are you searching for ways to help new managers or supervisors in your business find success? Then consider the benefits of enrolling one or more employees in the NRHA’s Foundations of Leadership Program.

This 16-week, college-level online course teaches home improvement retail managers to be stronger leaders and communicators so they can work toward solving business issues like employee turnover and productivity. The course is broken into six modules that explore different communication styles and how they relate to effective management.

Once you identify employees who are ready to take the next step in their careers, use this course to give them the confidence and knowledge they need to succeed.

There is still time to sign up for the Summer 2019 session! The application deadline is July 8 and orientation is July 15-19. If you would rather sign up for the Fall 2019 session, the application deadline is Sept. 6 and orientation is Sept. 16-20.
