NRHA to Host Virtual Town Hall on April 22

The North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) is hosting a virtual town hall on Wednesday, April 22 at 4 p.m. EDT. This event is an opportunity for retailers to learn and share with others about their experiences serving their communities and keeping employees safe amid COVID-19 stay-at-home orders and new health and safety guidelines.

NRHA’s Dan Tratensek and Scott Wright will moderate the virtual town hall and share what they have learned from speaking with retailers across the industry.

Independent home improvement retailers are invited to attend this free virtual event through Zoom and submit their questions to NRHA.

Group discussion questions include:

  • What safety measures have you put in place for employees and customers?
  • How are you taking care of your front-line employees who have remained on the job to make sure they stay safe and reduce stress levels?
  • Are you letting support staff work remotely? What policies are in place for employees who have decided to remain at home?

Retailers are encouraged to register in advance. Spots are limited and filling up quickly.
