NRHA Announces New Human Resources Business Services Partnership

As part of its mission, the North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) strives to find opportunities to help retailers run better and more profitable businesses. One of the ways NRHA works toward its mission is by forming partnerships with organizations that provide vital business services to independent retailers.

The newest partnership NRHA has established is with Group Management Services (GMS), a human resources company that serves small businesses that may not have in-house HR staff.

GMS is headquartered in Richfield, Ohio, but there are satellite offices throughout the country, including one in Indianapolis, right around the corner from NRHA headquarters. That means that no matter where you operate, as an NRHA member, you have access to HR experts in your area.

“Developing partnerships with organizations like GMS is critical to our mission,” says NRHA vice president of finance and business services Dave Gowan. “We are always looking for ways to help retailers run their operations more efficiently and more cost effectively, and GMS is that option for retailers in need of HR assistance.”

“We are very excited about the partnership with NRHA,” says GMS vice president of sales Tim Austin. “We feel the GMS platform is an excellent introduction to their members as a way to streamline their Human Capital platform, enabling them to focus on their core business.”
