Niemann Foods Acquires Final Three Jerry’s Hardware & Rental Locations

Niemann Foods has purchased the final three locations of Jerry’s Hardware & Rental, according to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. 

Jerry’s Hardware had operated five store locations throughout Minnesota until the end of 2025, when the company announced the closure of the Maple Grove and St. Louis Park locations. The company’s owner, Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc., is exiting the hardware space, but the hardware stores will remain under the banner of Ace Hardware instead of its previous Do it Best name.
