Nation’s Best, a home improvement collective overseeing ten locations in three states, will acquire Hall’s Hardware, which has been in operation in Milton, Florida since 1960.
Hall’s Hardware offers a complete line of home improvement products and includes a small lumberyard which services Pensacola-area contractors and DIYers.
As part of Nation’s Best’s acquisition strategy, Hall’s Hardware will operate under its existing name. Key members of the existing leadership team will work alongside the Nation’s Best team to oversee company operations.
“We are pleased to welcome Hall’s Hardware to the Nation’s Best family, firmly establishing our market presence in the attractive Florida Panhandle,” says Chris Miller, president and CEO of Nation’s Best, which is a member-owner of Do it Best Corp. “With a deep hardware store, a diverse line of niche product categories and a business that is built with core values of treating associates and customers with the utmost care and respect, Hall’s Hardware is a great fit and addition to the Nation’s Best family of companies.”
“It has been a pleasure getting to know the Nation’s Best team over the past few months and we welcome the opportunity to partner with a company that shares our core values,” say Wade and Brad Allen, from the Hall’s Hardware management team. “On behalf of the Allen family and our dedicated employees, we look forward to this exciting new chapter with Nation’s Best as we continue to provide our customers with the highest quality of service in the years to come.”
