Lowe’s Launches Pro Contractor Rewards Program

Lowe’s announced last week it is launching the Lowe’s MVPs Pro Rewards and Partnership Program. The program, which is available in select regions now and will go nationwide on March 7, gives professionals additional benefits.

Along with 5 percent off purchases everyday and zero percent interest for 60 days for Lowe’s Business Advantage accounts, Pro Rewards offers the ability to earn e-gift cards on in-store and online spending, provides access to business resources, exclusive offers and contests and features a streamlined mobile and online platform to track and claim rewards.

“We’re deepening our partnership with pro customers because when they succeed, we succeed,” says Tony Hurst, senior vice president of pro, services and international. “Lowe’s MVPs Pro Rewards is another big step in Lowe’s continued Total Home strategy when it comes to the important pro customer. We are committed to a true business partnership mindset to help pros as they grow their businesses and their futures.”

Lowe’s also released its inaugural State of the Pro Report, a tool that professionals can use to discover the latest industry trends. The report found that 90 percent of professionals say it’s important to have a valuable loyalty program, and 67 percent believe the pandemic has improved the reputation of people in skilled trade jobs.
