Loyal customers of Lowe’s stores in Canada will soon gain more than home improvement products from shopping at the big-box chain.
Last week, Lowe’s Canada announced a new agreement with LoyaltyOne Co., owner and operator of AIR MILES Reward Program. Through the agreement, Lowe’s will launch a rewards program that allows its customers to earn points toward airline flights and more when they shop at Canadian stores. The loyalty program is expected to start Dec. 1.
Customers will be able to earn AIR MILES rewards at all Lowe’s Canada stores as well as online at lowes.ca, according to LoyaltyOne.
“We are excited to join the AIR MILES Reward program and offer our customers an even more rewarding experience in our stores,” Sylvain Prud’homme, president of Lowe’s Canada, says. “As we grow our business in Canada, we continue to look for ways to add value for our customers and enhance their overall shopping experience. This partnership gives our customers one more reason to shop at Lowe’s.”
The AIR MILES Reward Program allows loyal customers to earn points toward rewards such as travel and home improvement purchases by doing their everyday shopping at more than 240 brand-name sponsors across Canada.
