Leviton Opens New Customer Experience Center

Lighting manufacturer Leviton recently announced the opening of its newest Leviton LIVE customer experience center in Nashville, Tennessee. This marks the third location for Leviton LIVE experiences, with one in Chicago, Illinois and one in Orlando, Florida.

The experience center provides customers with a hands-on experience to meet their unique project needs, both residential and commercial. The facility is the largest of the three locations and includes a 40-seat versatile classroom and digital signage showcasing Leviton’s services.

“Leviton LIVE locations have helped our customers solve their unique problems through an immersive, in-person experience hosted by dedicated sales team members. We are thrilled to add Nashville to our list of LIVE locations,” says Daryoush Larizadeh, Leviton CEO and president. “With its dynamic growth potential and bustling economy, Nashville is the ideal location for Leviton LIVE, and we’re proud to be a member of the music city community.”

Customers who visit the space can participate in collaborative sessions for business reviews, technical training and product demonstrations.

Like the other Leviton LIVE centers, the Nashville location reflects the backdrop of the surrounding community. The company’s products and services are displayed alongside original architectural features of the building and music-inspired decor is seen throughout the space, highlighting the history of the nearby Printer’s Alley neighborhood in Nashville, known for its music history and entertainment culture.

“Since the Civic Design Center moved to 2nd Ave N in 2004, we have witnessed Nashville’s growth firsthand working across sectors to advocate for quality improvements in the built environment,” says Gary Gaston, chief executive officer at the Civic Design Center. “We are proud that Nashville continues to attract major companies, like Leviton, that innovate in this field. We welcome Leviton as our upstairs neighbor in the heart of Downtown and look forward to engaging them as a civic partner and supporter of our mission.”
