Kyle Herbert: 2013 Young Retailer of the Year

After becoming a part owner and vice president in 2005, Herbert hit the ground running—remerchandising, changing the store layout and adding 3,000 square feet of retail space. He then turned his focus to category evaluation, reworking plumbing, electrical, housewares and power tools. In 2011, Herbert oversaw the addition of outdoor storage and a drive-through lumber shed and improved the overall lumber offering.

Kyle Herbert is one of 8 winners of this year’s Young Retailer of the Year Award.
