Gorman Group Names Ashlee Cribb as New CEO

The Gorman Group announced Ashlee Cribb will be joining the company on April 1, 2026, and will assume the role of chief executive officer on July 1, 2026.

Cribb brings experience in the forest products sector across both publicly traded and family-owned companies and strengths in strategy, customer development and value-added growth. She will work closely with communities, government and Indigenous partners in her new role at the Gorman Group.

Nick Arkle, former CEO, will become non-executive chair of the board and continue his involvement with government and Indigenous partners and developments to ensure a smooth transition.

“Nick has provided exceptional leadership to Gorman Group for many years, and the Owners are grateful for his continued involvement during this transition,” the owners of the Gorman Group say in a joint statement. “We are equally pleased to welcome Ashlee to the organization and look forward to the experience and perspective she brings to the company’s next chapter.”
