Focused Exhibit Hubs Enhance Experience at NHS Concept to Commerce

For over 80 years, the National Hardware Show has been a staple for the home improvement industry to share best practices, engage with educational sessions and discover new products. In 2026, NHS will debut NHS Concept to Commerce, an evolution of the key components that NHS has always offered to the industry.

The newly redesigned event—which includes a more purposeful layout, curated programming and measurable ROI—will take place March 31–April 2, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall, preceded by an International Exhibitor Summit on March 30.

The addition of new exhibits and the evolution of existing ones will be one of the highlights of NHS Concept to Commerce. Exhibit Hubs on the floor for 2026 will included an expanded Inventor Pavilion, a larger and centralized hub showcasing breakthrough product ideas across all consumer categories and access to dozens of early-stage innovations ready for retail input, feedback and partnership.

Attendees will also be able to explore the Brand Showcase and Private Label Pavilion and enjoy direct connections to qualified manufacturers from Mexico, Vietnam, India and other key production hubs. NHS Concept to Commerce will offer exclusive, factory-direct product solutions across multiple categories tailored for retail and brand teams building differentiated private label assortments.

Another key feature of NHS Concept to Commerce is the ability for attendees to explore getting a product from concept to the shelf. The Product Journey Experience will be an immersive experience where attendees can sketch a product and leverage technologies and AI tools to make the product shelf ready in an instant. In the Meetings & Recommendations Zone, curated matches will pair private label teams and decision-makers with aligned manufacturers and inventors, while the Education & Strategy Zone will offer actionable sessions on private label expansion, consumer trends and go-to-market best practices.

Hardware Retailing sat down with event director Hector Morfin Chong for an exclusive look at how NHS Concept to Commerce will be the only trade show uniting retailers, brands, manufacturers, distributors, inventors, private label providers and global factories under one roof with one clear goal—to accelerate product discovery, strengthen manufacturing partnerships and speed up time to shelf, all while improving margins.
