FastenMaster, a division of OMG Building Products, has introduced the MarineLOK fastener, a heavy duty 316 stainless steel structural screw suitable for use within 1,000 feet of saltwater.
The MarineLOK fastener includes three technologies: a sharp type-17 point, serrated cutting teeth and wood clearing inner threads. The fastener is designed to replace ½-inch lag screws and is ideal for coastal wood-to-wood connections.

MarineLOK fasteners are available in 3-, 4-, 5-, 6-, 8- and 10-inch sizes and come in boxes of 30 along with a T50 driver bit.
