Your Exclusive Guide to the NRHA All-Industry Conference and the National Hardware Show®

The excitement on the Las Vegas strip can’t compare to the buzz inside the Las Vegas Convention Center, May 9-11. The North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) All-Industry Conference, which is held in conjunction with the National Hardware Show®, has come to town.

NRHA’s mission is to help independent home improvement retailers, regardless of wholesaler affiliation, become better and more profitable merchants. To achieve this, NRHA offers dozens of programs, services and resources focused on educating and training, advocating for the success of the independent channel and creating networking opportunities for retailers and other industry partners.

The NRHA All-Industry Conference is the one place each year where independent home improvement retailers can learn more about NRHA’s programs, services and resources all at once. At this year’s conference, NRHA is thrilled to present industry expert speakers and host networking events in the NRHA Village. Located in the main lobby of the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Village serves as the hub for all things NRHA at the conference and the National Hardware Show.

NRHA has organized the Village so it’s easy to pop in for a quick chat with another retailer, take a seat for an expert presentation or discover something new about your association. To be sure you don’t miss any of the action, use the icons at the top of this page to see where you will find education, advocacy and association opportunities. Use the detailed conference schedule to plan your show floor circuits and networking meetings around the activity in the NRHA Village. Check this list for six ways to network at show.

The NRHA Village Is the Place to Be at This Year’s Show

Learn Something New

The NRHA Village Stage is where the spotlight shines on expert speakers and industry leaders at the conference. Experts will discuss everything from highlighting your superior customer service to delving in to what customers really think about your operations. Take a seat in front of the stage to gain knowledge that you can take home to your store.

Connect With Others

Other independent retailers understand your challenges and your triumphs, and the NRHA Village is where you can share and learn from one another. Whether it’s networking at the NRHA Independent Retailer Reception on Tuesday evening or just making casual conversation while you catch up on emails, this space is about you.

Discover New Products

Outside of the thousands of products on the show floor, the NRHA Village is another place where retailers can learn about the latest products. The entries from the NRHA Packaging and Merchandising Awards will be on display in the NRHA Village throughout the entire conference so retailers can see the most innovative merchandising and packaging.
