The 2025 National Hardware Show (NHS) springs into action March 18-20, 2025, at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall. As the premier event for hardware, home improvement, outdoor living and more, NHS is excited to host a star-studded lineup of industry-leading events complete with new, engaging programming along with attendee favorites.
Attendees of NHS will have the opportunity to get their grill on at the Weber Grilling Classes, taking place on Tuesday of the show. Attendees can choose from a beginner or advanced class, and the cost of the class includes all supplies, a gift bag with apron, bottle opener, can koozie and hat, as well as a raffle ticket to win a Weber grill.
In the advanced class, Master Your Grill, participants will learn advanced grilling techniques, including mastering cooking times, creating perfectly-paired sauces and how to use grilling accessories. Dishes created during the class will include Greek chicken kabobs, grilled zucchini planks, filets with béarnaise sauce, griddle-top scallops, grilled asparagus and pineapple upside-down skewers.
The beginner class, Hands-On Experience, shares the basics of grilling including how to prepare and set up the grill for different cooking methods, food pairing and timing and how to use the grill to enhance flavors. Participants will prepare beginner-friendly recipes, including prosciutto-wrapped asparagus with balsamic drizzle and shaved parmesan, barbecue chicken pizza and grilled pound cake with blistered strawberries.
