Emery Jensen Names Brad Bailey as Senior Vice President of Sales

With over 20 years of sales experience, Brad Bailey joins Emery Jensen as senior vice president of sales and will report to Alison Dowell, president and general manager. Bailey brings a strong, entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset to Emery Jensen and has held multiple national sales leadership roles throughout his career, most recently with Tempur Sealy.

“I am inspired by the passion and expertise with which our retailers run their businesses. The collaboration I’ve seen between our territory managers and the store owners ensures Emery Jensen is providing customized retail solutions that work within each store,” Bailey says. “We take great pride in positioning our customers to win, helping them build compelling, meaningful and relevant retail businesses within their communities. I look forward to visiting more retailers and supporting their success.”

In his new role, Bailey will help develop and implement strategies to best position Emery Jensen’s customers for success and drive Emery Jensen’s growth. Providing outstanding customer service and offering meaningful business solutions for retailers are the cornerstones of Bailey’s philosophy. He says he enjoys being hands-on in the stores and partnering with store owners to capitalize on retail opportunities.

“Brad’s commitment to our retailers and supporting their profitable growth aligns him well with Emery Jensen and is one of the reasons I am excited to welcome him on our team,” Dowell says. “Brad will continue to build our sales team and increase our capabilities to best serve independent retail across the United States.”
