Do it Best Group Appoints Director of HR Operations

Do it Best Group recently announced the appointment of Morgan Lewis to director of human resources operations and shared services.

Lewis brings experience in building effective HR programs and leadership in the manufacturing sector. In her new role, she will lead human resource operations for Do it Best and True Value.

“Morgan is a proven leader whose expertise and values align beautifully with our culture,” says Celeste Stevens, True Value vice president of human resources. “Her deep HR knowledge, paired with her empathy and purpose-driven leadership, will help us strengthen our operations while supporting our team members’ success.”

Lewis also serves on the regional board of a SHRM chapter as director of programming, playing a key role in supporting local economic development.
