As it sharpens its focus on enhancing the member experience, Do it Best announced the formation of a new member care team. This newly established team is designed to streamline member support across the company and serve as a strategic partner to Do it Best members. Its primary goal is to make it easier for members to do business with the co-op by improving responsiveness, consistency and clarity across all points of the member experience.
To lead this initiative, Do it Best has appointed Jared Hufford as director of member care. His appointment underscores the company’s commitment to providing exceptional service and aligning internal teams around the shared goal of helping members grow and achieve their dreams, says Do it Best president Nick Talarico.
“This new team will be a driving force in delivering exceptional service for our members,” Talarico says. “Jared’s leadership and understanding of our business, and our members’ businesses, make him the ideal person to lead this important effort.”
