The Weber® Summit® charcoal grill provides users ultimate control and holds steady temperatures for more than 10 hours of cooking. The grill features multi-zone heat options, a hinged diffuser plate, two-position fuel grate, insulated lid and bowl for less charcoal consumption and better heat retention. It has a slow cook/smoke bowl damper setup that allows for three bottom vent positions. The Weber Summit charcoal grill features 452 square inches of cooking space, Snap-Jet™ gas ignition for easy lighting, a Rapidfire® lid damper and a built-in thermometer.
