The Big Green Egg 2XL is an oversized ceramic cooker measuring 29 inches in diameter and accommodating 672 square inches of cooking area. It can accommodate 16 racks of ribs or 30 burgers at once. The oversized ceramic cooker is the first Big Green Egg to have the patented rEGGulator Vent Cap that regulates the cooking temperature. The cooker meets UL and NSF certification standards for use in commercial kitchens.
