250 women leaders recently gathered at Builders FirstSource’s Women’s Leadership Conference earlier this month in Grapevine, Texas.
Builders FirstSource team members from across the U.S. gathered to network on the first day of the conference, followed by days of impactful sessions discussing embracing mistakes, breaking the “glass ceiling” and addressing issues like work/life balance, mentorship, making your voice heard and women supporting women in the workplace.
The conference was hosted by Builders FirstSource human resources vice presidents Lea Allah and Monica Siverio and senior director Nydia Tanco.
