Bliffert Lumber Expands in Wisconsin

Bliffert Lumber recently announced the opening of its newest location in Platteville, Wisconsin, expanding the company’s footprint into southwestern Wisconsin and its ability to serve professional contractors, builders, remodelers and homeowners throughout the region, including northwestern Illinois and eastern Iowa.

The Platteville location marks Bliffert Lumber’s 16th location in Wisconsin and follows the company’s recent merger with East Side Lumber. As Bliffert continues to grow across the state, it remains focused on the personalized service, local decision-making, and community relationships that have defined the family-owned company for more than 120 years.

“We’re excited to move into Platteville and partner with the community to build something from the ground up. This expansion furthers our goal of sharing the Bliffert Experience with customers across the entire state of Wisconsin,” says Josh Brown, chief executive officer & president, Bliffert Lumber.

The Platteville location is now open and fully operational, serving customers throughout southwestern Wisconsin and neighboring areas of northwestern Illinois and eastern Iowa.
