Benjamin Obdyke recently announced the hiring of new sales associates serving Washington state and Virginia.
Ryan Parkes brings over five years of sales and marketing experience, most recently as a sales associate with Lansing Building Products, to the company and in his new role. Parkes will serve all of Washington state.
“I’m excited to join Benjamin Obdyke because these are products I already truly believe in,” says Parkes. “I like that we are building-science forward—I won’t be a salesperson who just shows up with lunch and samples, but instead will be a technical resource for our customers.”
Reed Powell will serve all of Virginia outside of the D.C. metro area. Powell brings experience as an inside salesperson at BlueLinx and knowledge of the supply chain to Benjamin Obdyke.
“I’m looking forward to an outside sales role because I want to be an integral part of what’s been built and what’s being built,” says Powell. “I’m passionate about the work and about helping our customers in any way they need to ensure they can Build Better.”
