Become a VIP at NHS With the Hosted Buyer Program

The only event bringing together all channels of the home improvement industry, the National Hardware Show (NHS) is the ultimate hardware and home improvement event. The 2025 National Hardware Show will take place March 18-20, 2025, in Las Vegas and provide attendees the opportunity to discover the newest, most diverse range of products and learn about trends shaping the future of the hardware and home improvement market.

Hardware Retailing (HR): Who can apply for the Hosted Buyer Program?
Joelle Cohn (JC):  Any independent retailer who has buying power at their retail store. You can be a buyer, a manager, an owner or anyone in between who has buying power.

HR: What are the perks accepted retailers will enjoy as part of the Hosted Buyer Program?
JC: As an approved and vetted retailer, you will be hosted by NHS and receive two complimentary hotel nights at our headquarter hotel, Resorts World. You will also be enrolled in our VIP program and have access to our VIP Lounge on the show floor. In the VIP lounge, you will enjoy complimentary breakfast and lunch on show days, a spot to recharge your electronics and feet and a place to hold meetings. You will be invited to our VIP networking event on March 18 and have access to the show floor one hour early, plus badge pick-up will be in the VIP Lounge, allowing you to bypass the long lines.

HR: How will the Hosted Buyer Program improve buyers’ and retailers’ experience at NHS?
JC: As a hosted buyer and VIP attendee, you will have access to other VIP attendees for networking. At NHS, you will be able to not only network with your co-op but chat with all channels of the home improvement industry. NHS is the event that unites the industry! Additionally, NHS will help financially with the expenses of the event by paying for two hotel nights.

HR: What are some of the other ways NHS is supporting independent retailers at the 2025 show?
JC: Together with NHPA, we will once again offer the Independent Retail Center (IRC). In the IRC, independent retailers will meet over roundtables to discuss a variety of topics relevant to independent retailers, including best practices, buying and selling strategies, human resources and more. Plus, enjoy spending time with fellow independent retailers, meeting new friends and enjoying a relaxing break in between time on the NHS show floor.
