Annual Executive Planning Conference Scheduled for November

Manufacturers will meet with Distribution America (DA) and PRO Group-affiliated distributors at the annual Executive Planning Conference (EPC) Nov. 14-16 at the JW Marriott in Tucson, Arizona. Developing new business relationships and strengthening existing partnerships is the focus of the event.

The three-day conference provides manufacturers the opportunity to meet face-to-face with key distributor executives. A golf tournament and other networking events are also planned.

“The relaxed and positive atmosphere of the conference always leads to valuable customer discussions and interaction,” says Bruce Baum, vice president of Great Neck Saw.

The EPC has previously paved the way for group manufacturers to gain traction within the network of DA and PRO Distributors. The focal point of the event is private meetings between distributors and manufacturers. These meetings present a valuable opportunity to review prior year performance and plan new strategies for 2019. The combination of business meetings and social networking make the EPC a great place to launch new initiatives, says PRO Group.

According to Brian Wise, vice president at Boss Manufacturing, the EPC remains one of the most cost-effective conferences to plan for the next calendar year.

“The Executive Planning Conference is a highly effective use of time and resources to interact with the distributor community,” Wise says.

Only a few exhibiting slots remain available for hardware, paint and paint sundries, farm, and lawn and garden manufacturers interested in meeting with distributors at this year’s EPC.

Manufacturers interested in attending should contact Katie Westervelt at 720-875-2236 or by email at katie.westervelt@pro-group.com by Sept. 15 to be directed to the appropriate merchandising contact.
