Paint and decorating retailers traded cold temps for Florida’s sunny skies to attend the ALLPRO 2026 Spring Show at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando.
Over the course of three days, retailers discovered new products among the 136 exhibitors, shopped show deals and enjoyed each other’s company, making new friends and solidifying existing relationships. The show floor was one of the largest ever, providing plenty of space for engagement and product discovery and attendees were treated to cash spiffs for visiting exhibitors. ALLPRO staff was also on the show floor to connect with retailers and answer questions.

Before the welcome event, over 100 female leaders attended the Women’s Empowerment Session for a fireside chat with Fran Hauser, bestselling author, keynote speaker, small business owner and champion of women in the workplace. Hauser shared strategies to achieve career goals without sacrificing values, balancing kindness with assertiveness and setting boundaries, interspersing anecdotes from her previous experience working for Coca-Cola Enterprises, Time Inc. and Moviefone and her current role as small business owner of an independent bookstore.
Jennifer Cornett from Elmont Paint & Wallpaper in Elmont, New York, says she enjoyed the insights Hauser provided and being able to connect with other women in the industry. During the show, she was on the hunt for new window coverings and wallpaper options to introduce into her operation.

Prior to the show floor opening, retailers enjoyed a look back at how ALLPRO performed and a look ahead at where the company is heading during the general session, led by executive vice president Michael Beaudoin.
“These events illustrate what’s most special about this group—its people,” Beaudoin says. “You’ll hear me say at every general session, every supplier meeting that I have that it’s member engagement that makes us, that is our culture.”
The ALLPRO Spring Show concluded with a closing party featuring Don Felder, who was the lead guitarist of the rock band Eagles from 1974 to 2001. Attendees left the show rejuvenated, connected and ready to return to their operations.
During the Spring Show, ALLPRO’s NextGen group hosted a fun event for young retailers, pitting groups against each other for friendly paint-themed olympic-type games and activities.
“What we’ve done to support women leaders and our next gen is being talked about in other channels, and it’s what I hear when I travel,” Beaudoin says. “I am very proud that this group is shaping that inclusion.”
