Aboff’s Paints Acquires Vienna Paint, Expanding Beyond New York

Aboff’s Paints, with 32 locations throughout Long Island, New York, recently announced via social media it has acquired Virginia-based Vienna Paint.

“After 95 years serving Long Island, Aboff’s is proud to expand beyond New York for the first time, welcoming Vienna Paint and their six DC Metro locations into our growing family,” says the company in an Instagram post. “Together, we look forward to continuing Vienna’s 40-year legacy with the same high-quality products and friendly, knowledgeable service customers can count on.”

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
