ABC Supply Acquires Koch Building Products

ABC Supply Co. Inc. recently announced it has acquired the assets of Koch Building Products in Sandusky, Ohio. This acquisition strengthens ABC Supply’s presence along the Lake Erie shoreline and improves service for contractors and builders in northern Ohio.

Founded in 1952, Koch Building Products has served the Sandusky area for over 70 years. The company is recognized for its experienced team, strong local contractor relationships and broad product offering, including windows and doors, siding, patio covers and enclosures, awnings and railings.

“We’re excited to bring the Koch Building Products team into ABC Supply,” says Tom Kuchan, Northeast region vice president. “They know the Sandusky market well and have built strong, lasting relationships with their contractors. We’re looking forward to continuing that work together.”

The Sandusky location will continue operations as ABC Supply and all current associates will remain to ensure a smooth transition and continued service for customers. Jill Hartley, who leads Koch Building Products and is the daughter of owner Randy Koch, will remain with the business during the transition period to support the team and customer continuity.
