Hancock Lumber Adds New General Manager

Hancock Lumber recently added Rebecca McCrohan to the team as general manager of the Damariscotta location.

McCrohan brings over 15 years of retail management experience, most recently at Home Depot, where she led large teams and highly dynamic operations. Impressed by Hancock Lumber’s employees and how long they stay in their roles at the company, McCrohan recognized her style of leadership aligned with the company’s values and philosophy.

“I am so honored to have joined this team of amazing leaders who truly value their people,” McCrohan says. “This is a place where individuals are respected, heard and seen for who they are. I am proud to say I am now part of a seventh-generation company that provides superior customer service and deeply values its employees.”
