The Helpful Hardware Company Expands With Acquisition of Jones Hometown Hardware

The Helpful Hardware Company (HHC) recently acquired Jones Hometown Hardware in Jackson, Georgia, marking the company’s 21st hardware store location.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Jones Hometown Hardware to the HHC family,” says David Enmark, CEO of The Helpful Hardware Company. “This store is a natural fit for our platform and mission to deliver outstanding service through locally focused, well-supported Ace Hardware stores across the Southeast.”

The acquisition was supported by JPB Partners, a private equity firm that has backed The Helpful Hardware Company since 2019.

“JPB Partners has been instrumental in enabling our growth,” Enmark says. “Their partnership gives us the financial strength and strategic flexibility to grow thoughtfully and at scale—all while keeping the customer and community at the center.”
