The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Professional Women in Building (PWB) week will take place from September 15-19, 2025, highlighting the roles women play in the residential construction industry. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the number of women in construction grew from 929,000 in 2015 to 1,343,000 in 2024.
NAHB will be sharing webinars, blog posts and social media shoutouts throughout the week to celebrate the achievements of women across the industry. The association also shared resources and tips to make the most of celebrating this week in the PWB toolkit.
