Ace Retail Holdings announced the promotion of Tony Houk to vice president of store operations. Houk, who previously served as the chief operating officer Great Lakes Ace Hardware, will oversee store operations at all Ace Retail Holdings locations.

His promotion to vice president of store operations is well deserved.”
In his former role at Great Lakes Ace Hardware, Houk was instrumental in driving sales growth, enhancing customer service and streamlining store operations. As vice president of store operations, he will also sit on Ace Retail Holdings’ Executive Committee.
