The ExpressPot Pressure Cooker offers multiple cooking modes as well as adjustable pressure settings, ranging from 1.5 PSI to 12 PSI of pressure.
A remote pressure-release button keeps the user’s hand away from the pressure release valve and hot steam, while an auto-stir function releases pressure in short bursts to “stir” the food under pressure without removing the lid.
