Jeremy Magnuson of Magnuson Ace Hardware in Friendswood, Texas, was able to face the challenges associated with opening his own business head on from his time in both the Marine Corp Reserves and later on in the United States Air Force. As an officer in the military, he learned to lead and motivate, which he says he does with his team at the store as well.
