In October, the North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) officially opened its new headquarters with a dedication ceremony that brought together retailers, members of NRHA’s board of directors and other industry friends.
The newly renovated building is located at 136 N. Delaware St. in downtown Indianapolis. The three-story building is not only an office space for NRHA employees, but it also provides a conference facility and additional meeting space for industry gatherings.
The first floor features a conference and meeting space equipped with a board room and two conference rooms with state-of-the-art audiovisual capabilities and reception space that matches the industrial aesthetic of the rest of the building design. The second floor is home to the NRHA staff offices, featuring an open floor plan, collaboration spaces and custom-built workstations with movable desks. The third floor offers 10,000 square feet of office space, available for a future tenant.
“The purchase of this building was not only a sound investment for the association, but it also marks a new era for NRHA, where we can better serve as a gathering place for retailers and the industry at large,” says Bill Lee, NRHA president and CEO.
