According to Houzz Inc.’s 2025. U.S. Houzz & Home Study, 61% of renovating homeowners plan to stay in their newly renovated homes for at least 11 years. Homeowners are seeking renovations and design features that cater to aging-in-place, specifically in bathrooms.

The 2024 U.S. Houzz Bathroom Trends Study reported that 64% of homeowners renovate their homes to accommodate the special needs of aging household members, prioritizing their needs.

Grab bars
