According to the Home Improvement Research Institute’s Renter’s Home Improvement Activity 2024 study, renters prioritize affordable, DIY and high-impact upgrades, like kitchen and bath improvements, to personalize their homes.

Hardware Retailing recommends these five renter-friendly products for kitchen and bathroom upgrades.

Peel-and-Stick Tile
