PRO Group announced the election of Chris Beach and Laurence Meadows to the organization’s Board of Directors.
Beach currently serves as president, CEO and chairman of the board of the Bostwick-Braun Company, where he started his career in the company’s Industrial Supply division in 1989. After managing a successful sales territory in Detroit for several years, he was promoted in 1999 to Field Sales Manager for the Industrial Supply division. In 2000, Beach was promoted to vice president of Bostwick-Braun Industrial Supply and later he was promoted to chief marketing officer and senior VP of marketing. Prior to assuming his current role, Beach served as president and COO. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio.
Meadows is the founder and former board chairman of American Exteriors LLC, a middle market manufacturing and retail firm specializing in high-performance replacement windows. He has managed the strategic direction and growth of the company into one of the largest specialty contractor firms in the country, with a presence in 13 states.
Meadows has more than 30 years of experience in the residential replacement/remodeling category and has held 130 contractors licenses in 10 states. His operational background stems from the combined experiences of his career prior to forming American Exteriors, when he was a partner at Alamo Remodeling Inc., a full service design/build contracting firm with an emphasis on kitchen and bath design. Meadows attended Fort Lewis College and currently serves on the advisory board for GE Consumer Capital (formerly GE Money) as well as the steering committee for the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard.
