True Value Company has announced that Marcus Lemonis, host of CNBC’s hit show “The Profit,” will give the keynote address at the opening of the company’s three-day 2016 Spring Reunion.
Lemonis will speak Feb. 18 before the True Value Reunion, which runs Feb. 19-21 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston.
Lemonis is the host of CNBC’s reality series “The Profit,” in which he lends his expertise to small business owners around the country and judges them based on a “Three P” principle: people, process and product. Besides helping other business owners, Lemons is chairman and CEO of his own companies, which are Camping World and Good Sam Enterprises.
“We are excited to welcome Marcus Lemonis to the 2016 Spring Reunion,” True Value president and CEO John Hartmann says.
“Mr. Lemonis has shown time and again that he knows how to help businesses increase revenue on The Profit. His effective strategies for driving business growth and profitability have helped many businesses in a wide variety of industries, and we look forward to this unique opportunity to learn directly from him at the Retail Best Practices Conference. Our retailers will be just as inspired by Mr. Lemonis’ entrepreneurial spirit in person as they are when watching ‘The Profit.'”
