The Walabot DIY is a smartphone attachment that can see through walls to find plastic and metal pipes and studs and wires. It can detect objects 4 inches into concrete and drywall. The user can adjust sensitivity, use multiple sensing modes, map large areas and take snapshots for offline analysis. It is currently only compatible with Android phones.
