Home improvement product brands Shur-Line, Bulldog and World and Main have announced they will now be known under a singular identity: H2 Brands Group.
The company says H2 Brands Group will provide customers with a global network of resources and logistics experts to plan the best programs for every retailer, including independent home improvement stores.
“Our new name is a natural step forward in our continuous effort to offer our customers the highest quality products at the best value in the industry while streamlining their buying experience,” says Mark Rostagno, CEO of H2 Brands Group. “The name better represents the breadth and depth of the company’s product assortment, strong and diverse customer relationships, global supply chain, and logistics capabilities.”
Today, H2 Brands Group owns 18 brands and provides more than 12,000 products in 31 separate categories. The company operates seven distribution centers across North America and counts 16 countries in its global sourcing network.
H2 Brands Group says all existing customer contractors in place are still valid. The new name is a way “to better identify and represent the newly merged company, but it does not affect current vendor numbers or supplier buying agreements,” the company states.
H2 Brands Group is headquartered in Cranbury, New Jersey.
