To help you find a solution to that challenge, the North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) and ZipRecruiter have partnered to offer independent retailers employee recruitment resources.
ZipRecruiter helps business owners find great employees by allowing companies to distribute job postings affordably. Since 2010, the recruitment service has helped more than 1 million businesses find quality employees through job boards, email alerts, mobile apps and a quality job search algorithm.
Through this new partnership, NRHA members will receive a 35 percent discount off any of ZipRecruiter’s three basic plans. Additionally, retailers will be provided premium job placement on more than 200 job boards.
ZipRecruiter is the latest organization to contribute to NRHA’s growing business services offering, which provides retailers with alternative solutions to common business needs.
NRHA’s already-established business services include Health Insurance, Member Insurance, Payment Alliance International, RxCut Prescription Savings Card and Tilson HR programs.
