Empower Managers and Save More Than 20 Percent on Retail Training

ACT NOW: Sign up for the Retail Management Certification Program and save more than 20 percent on program tuition!

How are you preparing your next-in-line managers to boost your bottom line and satisfy customers? Without industry-specific leadership training, middle- and senior-level managers may not have the necessary skills to execute strategic planning and lead teams to success.

The North American Retail Hardware Association’s Retail Management Certification Program can help you fill that training gap. Developed with oversight from independent retailers and Ball State University educators, the program aims to boost the leadership potential and business acumen of each participant.

Through three visits to NRHA’s headquarters in Indianapolis, Retail Management Certification Program students will complete home improvement-specific coursework and build a powerful network of independent retail peers. Course subjects include:

  • Leadership
  • Marketing
  • Finance and accounting
  • Applied business strategy
  • Advanced retail operations
  • Sales
  • Human resources management
  • Customer service

The program culminates with a business improvement project that students develop specifically to improve their business. Students then present their plans and receive direct feedback from business owners and university instructors to put their plans in action and streamline their business.

Hear directly from graduates on how the Retail Management Certification Program benefited them and the businesses they manage.
