NHPA Adds Sales Veteran to its Leadership Team

The North American Hardware and Paint Association (NHPA) is pleased to announce the addition of industry sales veteran Greg Cole to its leadership team.

Greg Cole, NHPA National Sales Manager

Cole, who has been a part of the home improvement industry for nearly 20 years, joins NHPA as the association’s national sales manager.

Prior to taking on this new role with NHPA, Cole worked in a variety of media sales positions for organizations focused on home improvement retailing. He started his career in the channel working as a territory sales manager for Hardware Retailing magazine.

“I couldn’t be happier about rejoining the NHPA family,” Cole says. “In a lot of ways, it’s like coming back home. The industry has changed quite a bit since I first started working in this channel, but over the years I have made some great friends and built lasting relationships. I look forward to doing more of the same in my new role and helping make an impact for an organization that truly supports the future of independent retailers.”

As national sales manager, Cole will oversee and work alongside NHPA’s sales team, representing the organization’s conferences, events and media properties.

“We are excited about having Greg back with NHPA, and we know he will put his experience, insights and enthusiasm to work building the association’s media brands and helping the entire channel better connect with the independent retailers we represent,” says Bob Cutter, NHPA president and CEO.

Prior to joining the home improvement channel, Cole worked in media sales in a variety of different capacities. Though he currently resides in North Carolina, Cole is an Indiana native and a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
