Today’s employees are looking for companies that are willing to invest in them, and the North American Hardware and Paint Association‘s (NHPA) Foundations of Leadership online training courses can help give new and developing leaders the confidence, knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

Foundations of Leadership is an online, industry-specific leadership development program designed to fit students’ busy schedules. The nine-week courses offer self-paced and cohort session options.

About the Foundations of Leadership Courses

Complete all three courses to get a certificate in leadership.

Your Leadership Style
Apply by July 29
Students will learn about their unique leadership style and strengths for their ongoing leadership growth and development.

Leading Your Team
Apply by Oct. 8
This course teaches students the critical components of building and leading a team.

Financial Management
Apply by July 29
Students will focus on the key financial management skills that developing leaders need to manage the financial side of business.
