Now Available! 2016 Cost of Doing Business Study

Knowing how you measure up to industry financial averages is crucial to evaluating your business.

To help you benchmark your business and plan for the future, the North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) has once again compiled financial data from more than 1,000 independent home improvement stores to complete the 2016 Cost of Doing Business Study. The study is now available.

NRHA has conducted the study annually for 99 years and uses it to provide detailed financial information from hardware stores, home centers and lumber/building material outlets.

The information contained in the report is designed to provide comprehensive, yet straightforward, guidelines for analyzing the profitability of your business.

How to Access the Study

NRHA members, access a PDF version of the study at no charge by logging into NRHA’s website and clicking Cost of Doing Business under the NRHA Studies tab.

Want a hard copy? Visit the NRHA online store through the members-only portion of the website to purchase it at a discounted rate. If you need your member login information, email member services or call 800-772-4424.
